PRIDE OF THE TRIBE CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT

We're already kicking off the first project for the 2011-2012 season, our Pride of the Tribe Charity Golf Tournament.  Since most golfers prefer lots of advance notice for participation in these events, start planning NOW for how you'd like to be involved.

SHS Band Parent Association will be hosting the Pride of the Tribe Charity Golf Tournament on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at The Magnolia Plantation Golf Club on Markham Woods Road in Lake Mary. The PRE-PAID entry fee for the tournament is $100 per player (or $350 for a prepaid foursome...put together your dream team!), which includes golf, cart, range balls and a BBQ Buffet Lunch. There will be prizes for the longest drive and closest to the pin, plus loads of drawings for fabulous prizes!

The tournament will start at 9:00 am sharp. Check-in will be from 7:30 until 8:30 and the driving range will be open early for those who wish to warm up (range balls provided as part of your entry fee).

This event offers band members 3 ways to contribute:

1.  Ask your friends, family, neighbors and business associates to play!

2.  Ask local businesses, friends, neighbors, etc. to be a Hole/Tee Sponsor for just $100 donation. A sign will be placed at the tee box with the name of the person or company sponsoring the hole and their company name/link will appear on our band website.

3.  Have items donated for our drawing/give-aways

Deadline for tournament play registration is September 14, 2011.
