Donation Drop Off Info for Marching Festival Donations

We will be available to accept your donations this week in the car line at the KWC auditorium.
Look for the balloon: That is the drop off zone.

Time Drop Off Times
Monday morning at student drop off
Tuesday morning at student drop off & evening at 6:15 pm
Wednesday morning at student drop off & afternoon after band practice
Thursday morning at student drop off & afternoon after band practice
Friday morning at drop off

KWC car loop – look for the balloon – that is the drop off zone

Desserts for VIP room – please deliver the day of the event to the band room or directly to the new gym foyer by 3 pm on Saturday, October 22nd.


Donations are Still Needed
There are many KEY ITEMS that are needed to successfully run this event!
(We are expecting OVER 2,500 students, parents and guests!)

We will need to borrow items such as:
LARGE coolers, pop up tents, ATV’s, golf carts.

We also need donations of: food, candy, drinks and other items for our concession stand.

We have an easy to use online program to donate items!
