Important! Reminder of Hawaii Trip Cancellation Schedule

Per the contract that all prospective Hawaii trip attendees were required to sign (see here) we are approaching the point at which payments that have been made are not refundable.

The remaining cancellation schedule is:

  • 8/1/14 – Subject to $500.00 cancellation fee if cancellation notice is not received by 8/01/14
  • 9/1/14 – If cancellation notice is not received by 9/1/14 all payments made towards the trip before and after 9/1/14 will be forfeited.

Remember, if the student is denied absence approval from SHS Administration for the dates of this trip, they will be subject to all cancellation policies as stated above.
