Volunteers Needed for FBA Jazz Festival and Solo/Ensemble

Important Update 2/4/2014:
We are still looking to fill for all slots, but we currently especially need volunteers for Thursday both shifts and Friday early shift.

Hello and Happy New Year to our Band Parents!

Volunteers are needed for the upcoming FBA Jazz Festival and Solo/Ensemble events being held at Seminole High School on Thursday February 13th (Jazz Festival) and Friday February 14th/Saturday to February 15th (Solo/Ensemble), respectively. There will be opportunities to assist with planning, set up, working the event and clean up.

If you would like to volunteer, please forward an email to events@seminolehsband.org and please provide your availability based on the below shifts along with your name and contact detail (best phone # and email address to reach you):

Thursday, February 13 Friday, February 14 Saturday, February 15
Shift 1 2:30 pm – 6 pm 4 pm – 6:30 pm 8 am – 12:30 pm
Shift 2 6 pm – 9:30 pm 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm

If you are able to work both shifts on a given day, please just indicate such in your response. If you are also interested in assisting on the planning and preparation leading up to the event please advise in your response.
