SCPS Driver’s License monitoring system
This system is for monitoring those individuals (i.e. coaches, teachers, parents & dividends) that will drive our students to athletic events, on field trips etc…
Please complete and return the attached form (DRIVER RECORD SCREENING DISCLOSURE FORM.FILLABLE) prior to driving a student.
