Registration 2026-27

This is the 2026-27 New Student Registration powerpoint (coming soon). If you missed registration night, please send an email to president@seminolehsband.org to find out what you need to do to start off the school year in good standing.

 

Please click on the 2026-2027 Band Student Information Form to pre-register students in the band database.
ALL STUDENTS will still need to come to registration night with a parent/guardian.
Registration for:
Guard Members: Wednesday July 22 @ 5:00 pm
Returning Students: Thursday, July 23 @ 6pm (Last name A-L 6:00-6:30, Last Name M-Z 7-7:30).
New band members: Friday, July 24 @ 6pm (Last name A-L 6:00-6:30, Last Name M-Z 7-7:30).

Our treasurer on hand all evenings at registration to collect dues and payments.

Band/guard dues for 2026-27 are as follows:
Freshmen/New Instrumental Students: $400 ($50 discount if paid in full at registration=$350, otherwise $400)
Returning Instrumental Students: $300 ($50 discount if paid in full at registration=$250, otherwise $300)
Percussion and Sousaphone/Tuba – mandatory $100 instrument rental fee
New Guard Students: $850 + Personal Effects ($50 discount if paid in full at registration=$800, otherwise $850) (Form available at registration night, pricing a la carte)
Returning Guard Students: $750 + Personal Effects ($50 discount if paid in full at registration=$700, otherwise $750) (Form available at registration night, pricing a la carte)

Please note: All fees paid by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee.

In addition to the dues listed above, you will also pay at this time for any extra apparel items you are ordering (band) and all personal effects needing to be ordered (guard). BPA memberships can also be included in this payment ($25 per family).

If you have any questions about your student’s balance (if you have any credits/debts carrying over from previous years), please send our treasurer an email at vp-finance@seminolehsband.org and they will send you an up to date invoice.

Please click here to fill out the band camp dinner meal order form. You will make your payment for these dinners during registration night at check out.

 

Spirit wear (optional student and fan apparel as well as other accessories) will be available for purchase at registration night. Please note: this is the most convenient time and place to purchase spirit wear!
